Skewers are grilled in an open kitchen over largely smokeless bincho charcoal, and the menu uses almost every part of the chicken, including the tail and chicken oyster. The menu includes tsukune, minced chicken with a special Toritama sauce. A sister sake bar, Orihara Shoten, is reached through a small door near the entrance.
